At present, new energy vehicle is a major trend in the development of the global auto industry, in which
electric vehicles is a major branch. Motor as an electric vehicle power resource can achieve very low or
zero emissions. In the process of driving and recovering energy of electric vehicle, the motor stator core
and stator winding will generate heat in the process of movement. Therefore, the system needs
effective cooling medium and cooling method to take away the heat to ensure the safe and reliable
operation of the motor in a stable cold. The design of motor cooling system will directly affect the safe
operation and service life of motor.
新能源汽车驱动电机冷却系统一般与电力电子箱(PEBPower electrical box)共用,PEB 和驱动
电机的工作温度不能超过 75℃,最合适的工作温度应该低于 65℃。将温度控制在 75℃以下可以
更好的延长 PEB 和驱动电动机的使用寿命。
The motor cooling system is generally shared with PEB Power electrical box. The operating temperature
of PEB and driving motor cannot exceed 75 , and optimum working temperature should be below
65 . Temperature control under than 75 can prolong the service life of PEB and drive motor.文章1.png
所以厂家为了确认冷却系统的可靠性和密封性,针对冷却系统耐压与密封性做出厂测试是必要
的。系统耐压测试压力范围 0~1.5MpaG, 需求测试精度>=0.2%FS,校准温度范围-20~80℃。密封
测试压力为 0.15MpaG,测试精度>=0.2%FS, 温度范围-20~80℃。
Therefore, the OEMs are necessary to verify cooling system reliability and sealing performance before
final assembly. The pressure range of over pressure test is 0~1.5MpaG, precision > = 0.2%FS, calibration
temperature range-20 ~ 80 . Sealing test pressure range is 0~0.15MpaG, test precision > = 0. 2%FS,
temperature range-20 ~ 80 .
